The Long Winter

On this, the last day of summer, I was about to post on the long winter that really started last week, when the Dodgers were mathematically eliminated from the playoff race. But this post from Dodger Thoughts is more apropos (if you add Jamey Carroll’s scrappy play and, of course, Vin Scully in 2011 . . . and 2012).
